1 Year Limited Warranty All jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year after the date of purchase.

Check Policy If the Jewelry Exchange institutes any action to enforce payment of a check returned for insufficient funds, the buyer agrees to pay all seller's costs associated with collection, including but not limited, court costs and attorney's fees.

Internet and phone orders

Returns accepted within 30 days from original purchase date for items bought on this web site; A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any resized or customized item; Freight will be subtracted from returns.

Refunds are given if the circumstances so dictate.

Shipping policies

We know you are eagerly awaiting to receive your beautiful jewelry. So we make every effort possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. All in stock orders are shipped the same or next business day.

U.S. ORDERS:
For orders within USA we use the following shipping options: USPS and UPS .

The cheapest shipping option is International Registered priority airmail.
EMS express post is also available as a medium-fast option. This shipping method comes with a tracking number.
UPS courier service is the most expensive option but the fastest and come with tracking number and delivery guarantee.

Our online shop will provide you with all shipping options and costs before checkout.

Your package will be shipped within two business days. Delivery times vary according to shipping method chosen.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders we ship via International Registered Priority Airmail.

Please note that you as the customer have the responcibility to check wether or not the procuct you wish to import is compliant to international treaty's such as CITES. Some countries have regulations about some of our products so please keep updated on current regulations.

Please keep in mind that there might be a charge of customs duty or brokerage fee imposed by your government on items received from the United States.  Please verify all details before placing your order.

FPO, APO ADDRESSES:
For all orders shipped to military addresses we use USPS First Class Mail. Due to a US post office regulations, there is no tracking number provided for these orders.
